Day 9: Sparta, NC to MVMC

Leaving Sparta, NC, a second time, we headed across North Carolina backcountry to Mountain View Motorcycle Campground. This would end the first part of our trip, and today I would link up with my brother & son to begin the next part of our journey.
Today, we took scenic backroads through Stone Mountain State Park, excellent coffee shop where I would drop my F900GSA in the parking lot in plain view for everyone to see, enjoy miles of open skies on the Blue Ridge Parkway, evening chess & conversation with friends at MVMC, and enjoy dinner at The Appalachian Station at 19E.
