AerialFrom the ground, we experience the world one piece at a time. From above, those pieces begin to connect. Roads become lines through enormous landscapes. Cities reveal patterns. Rivers, mountains, farms, and deserts take on shapes we could never fully understand while standing inside them. I am drawn to aerial photography because it changes perspective, and perspective changes meaning. Sometimes seeing something differently is enough to understand our place within it.
