Road

The road has always represented more than distance. It is departure, uncertainty, freedom, fatigue, solitude, and the possibility that something different waits beyond the next bend. These photographs are about movement and the places we pass through while searching for whatever comes next. Sometimes the destination matters. Often, the miles between matter more.
